is the successor firm of the Law Firm of Thomas J. Brown,
Esquire, Sole Practitioner. Attorney Brown established his
firm in Tallahassee in July of 1990. Initially, his firm
practiced in the legal areas of Personal Injury and Wrongful
Death, Medical Malpractice, General Business & Corporate
Law, Commercial Litigation and Taxation. His firm also
helped the community by representing certain clients on a
Pro Bono (free) basis. The firm’s attorneys have over
twenty-five combined years of experience practicing law.
Brown and Brown Attorneys at Law, P.A.,
formed on January 1, 1994, with the Attorneys, Thomas J.
Brown, Esquire, as President and Hubert R. Brown, Esquire,
as Vice President and Treasurer. Located in Tallahassee,
Florida, the firm has represented clients all over the State
of Florida, in Houston, Texas, and Thomasville, Georgia.
The firm has seen its areas of practice change and expand to
include Nursing Home Neglect, Vioxx Claims and Eminent
Domain cases as well as continuing to provide representation
in the areas of significant Personal Injury, Wrongful Death,
Premise Liability (inclusive of but not limited to, Auto
Accidents, Semi-Truck Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents,
Airplane Accidents, and Railroad Accidents) and Strong
Medical Malpractice Claims. The firm has served as lead
counsel or co-counsel in a number of cases with recoveries
in excess of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
